DELIVERY

At present, delivery is only available within the UK.

We aim to pack and process your order as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 3 working days of receiving your order, it's often sooner than this. At busy times, for example at Christmas, despatch may take a little longer.

If you require an item quickly, please email to ask and we will do our best to despatch it in time for your requirements.

When we despatch your parcel we send an email to you to let you know that it is on its way.

Royal Mail First Class usually arrives within 3 working days of despatch, it's often sooner than this. At busy times, pressures on Royal Mail may mean their delivery takes a little longer.

A single delivery charge will be applied per order. The above postal rates may be subject to change in line with current Royal Mail charges.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case, please notify us in writing at nina@workingglassjewellery.co.uk no longer than 14 days after the date on which you received your order. Please include your contact details, order details and let us know why you are returning the item so that we can help you. Items must be returned to the address given below within 14 days of your notification to us of cancellation of order. We are not obliged to refund orders that arrive any later.

We usually process refunds as soon as the return item is received, but in accordance with Consumer Rights regulations refund to you will be issued no later than 14 days from receipt of the returns goods (or of evidence of the consumer returning them).

Unless items are faulty or sent incorrectly you will be liable for return postal costs. Faulty or damaged goods should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

* We are sorry but we cannot refund or exchange bespoke made to order items unless faulty.

If you return goods to us, please use an insured method of despatch and obtain a proof of posting. Ensure that the items are unused, in saleable condition, well packed and returned undamaged in their original boxes. We can't accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
